Is there any way to request specific shapes of Laura’s cookies?
Yes. There is a list of available shapes here. In order to request special shapes, please call our toll free number or send us an email at least 2 weeks in advance.

Can you ship wine to any state?
No. There are certain restrictions that prohibit our shipping alcohol to every state. To see if we can ship wine to a specific state, please call our toll free number or send us an email and we would be happy to check.

Where are you located?
We are a department of the Dorothy Lane Market grocery store located in Dayton, Ohio.

Can I order items not on the website?
Yes! If you would like to see if we carry a special item in our store that may not be present on the website, contact us and we will search our store to see if we carry the item.

Is your bread shipped fresh or frozen?
Every morning our bakeries produce artisan bread from scratch, baked right in our stores. The loaf we ship you will be baked that very same morning.

Can I freeze a Killer Brownie?
Yes. Cover the brownie in saran wrap and then place in a freezer-safe apparatus. They will last for up to 6 months, and when you are ready to enjoy a nibble of Killer Brownie® place it in the refrigerator to thaw.

Can I ship birthday cakes/pastries?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any of the delicate pastries or cakes that are sold in our stores.

Are your hams available all year?
Currently, we only carry our Heavenly Ham® beginning in November until supplies last.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of the package and the zip code of the destination. We pass along the exact charges we receive from FedEx with no additional mark-ups.
