The Signature Difference
- Why does our bread taste so good? We bake every day from scratch, using simple ingredients such as unbleached flour, salt and water… no preservatives, bromates, or artificial flavors. We also use slow fermentation, allowing the dough to benefit from wild yeasts in the air. Our bakers hand-shape every loaf and bake it directly on the stone hearth. As you can imagine, baking bread this way takes time, as well as knowledge and skill. Most of all, it takes passion for great bread that tastes so good you crave it.
