Having been aged in French oak casks for six months prior to packaging, Unio Agridulce de Merlot is bittersweet and made from Merlot wine. This vinegar has notes of berries, licorice, and vanilla. Great as a marinade, vinaigrette, or an accompaniment to steamed vegetables.
