These artisanl slow-cured meats are based on a 160-year-old family recipe that has been handed down to the fourth generation. Made with pork from heritage-breed pigs, pasture raised on family-owned sustainable farms. Calabrese Salami has a particularly spicy taste stemming from hints of cayenne pepper and paprika.
