This Italian product is made from 100% cooked must of Lambrusco and Sangiovese grapes from the Emilia Romagna region. This product is characterized by a balsamic aroma, obtained through an 8 year aging period in oak, cherry, and chestnut barrels. Thick in consistency with balsamic and red fruit notes, this balsamic is extremely versatile and can be used for all kitchen preparations. It can be served with fresh or cooked vegetables and meats. It is also wonderful drizzled on aged cheeses, fruit and desserts.
