We make them all from scratch, hand-shape every loaf, and bake them directly on the hot hearth of our huge European ovens. These three are some of our favorites: French Boule is a light and airy loaf, perfect for sandwiches or for dipping in oils. A slice of Raisin Walnut, jammed with raisins and walnuts is almost a meal in itself…wonderful toasted and topped with a good honey. Our Asiago Cheese Bread is a flavorful marriage of our French bread and Italian Asiago cheese. Due to changes in our Artisan Bread Baking schedule, the DLM Signature Round will be substituted for a loaf of French Boule.
