Italian cheeses are each as extraordinary and distinct as the regions in which they are made. We’ve put together four of our best for you to enjoy (at least two pounds total). We'll also include a crusty loaf of our artisan bread. Our Parmigiano-Reggiano from the Reggio-Emilia region, is the cleanest we’ve tasted, so delicious you’ll want to eat it by the chunk. Taleggio, from Lombardy, offers you a slightly salty, nutty, meaty flavor best shared with friends (so you won’t eat it all!). Piave Vecchio is an Italian cow's milk cheese named after the Piave river in Belluno, Italy. It has an intense, full-bodied flavor that develops with age. And Crucolo is an artisanal cheese from the Trentino region in northern Italy. This soft cheese is aged for over 60 days in the cellars of Rifugio Crucolo, at the entrance of Val Campelle, Trento. This unique environment gives the cheese its particular taste and rich aroma. We’ll send a crusty loaf of our artisan Pane Toscano Bread. It’s airy, light interior is a perfect match to our Italian cheeses.
