Ibérico is a Manchego-style cheese made with blended cow's, goat's, and sheep's milk. One of the most popular cheeses in Spain, this cheese is mild with herbal flavors and a deep aroma. Mahón is hard and smooth cow's milk cheese that is intensely nutty with a full aroma to sharp, salty, buttery, and fruity. Drunken Goat is what you get when you take a lovely, firm goat cheese and immerse it in red wine! Firm cheese with a slight “goaty” taste and a touch of red wine. Enjoy all these with a hearty loaf of our Farmhouse Bread.
