We bake this wonderful bread daily in our bakeries using sprouted organic wheat grain. It is hearty and delicious, and has great health benefits over breads baked with conventional flour. When whole grains are sprouted they convert into a living food, bursting with more vital nutrients than unsprouted grains. Sprouted whole grains digest in the body like vegetables and not as starches. The sprouting process neutralizes complex sugars responsible for indigestion and produces enzymes that aid in digestion. Processed white flour made from wheat grain is devoid of many nutrients and fiber necessary for a healthy diet. Sprouted whole grains allow all of the nutrients to be absorbed by the body.
